COVID-19 Notice – IMPORTANT!
We understand that all customers would love to receive their packages as quickly as possible, but please do take note that due to the COVID-19 situation worldwide, shipping and logistics inadvertently has been greatly affected due to a much reduced number of commercial flights to all major cities around the world. Accordingly, the entire shipping process will be backlogged and transit times have increased.
Essentially shipping speed cannot and will not obviously be as quick as the usual given the seriousness of this pandemic, but rest assured all orders shipped will arrive with certainty. If you have any questions, please let us know and we will respond promptly.
We request for your kind understanding and do bear with us (and the global community) as we transit through these difficult times.
Currently, although we do fulfill all of our clock orders within 1-2 business days, we will only have a shipper reference number and not the online tracking status. They only have a limited number of cargo flights internationally and given the inability of other couriers such as EMS to make deliveries, there is a large influx of demand for their services.
Therefore there will be a queuing time before DHL scans in the package and updates the package with a waybill / tracking number.
At present, this wait time varies between 6-12 days.
EMS is currently no longer able to make deliveries in a large portion of countries due to a lack of commercial flights, and also localized COVID-19 measures and restrictions (eg. lockdown conditions, road closures, social distancing laws etc)
Thus in cases affected we will be using alternative couriers such as DHL or specialized local companies providing services to the destination country (if available) to make the deliveries.
For US, UK and the majority of EU nations where EMS is still operational, please be advised that there will be delays as well, officially EMS has stated that it is no longer able to maintain pre COVID-19 service times, and on our end we are seeing delays of up to a month in some areas.
We provide shipping to most countries around the world via international express air freight at flat rates ranging from $29, regardless of the number of clocks purchased.
There are, however, rural areas where we cannot ship to. If you do happen to live in one of these countries, we will contact you again to work out alternative shipping methods. While we appreciate our strong following of fellow RoIex clock lovers in the Antarctica, we do have our limitations.
If you do not find your country under our country list, or if you get a message telling you we are unable to ship the item, do not hesitate to contact us. Your country may simply not be in our system.
Generally, our express shipping times are between 5-8 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
If delivery times are expected to be delayed (during peak periods), we will let you know via email. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
Customs and Taxes
Due to the unique requirements of getting these products safely through customs into your hands, we will use either EMS, DHL, Aramex or alternative methods such as UK/EU forwarding at our discretion depending on where the package is headed.
Kindly note that although we will declare the packages accordingly to avoid the occasional taxes and duties charged by different countries, we will not be liable for these charges in the event that they are levied.
In the event of customs seizure, please reach out to us and provide us with the document, we will reship your order or provide a full refund on your purchase.
Upon receiving your order, we will check our inventory for stock availability.
Kindly wait for us to send you (within 24 hours) an invoice via email with details on how to make payment and complete your order.
We will ship your order out after our QC process within 2-3 business days upon receiving payment.

In the event that your order is not in stock immediately, you will receive an email from our support team advising you of further options.
Shipping time cannot be guaranteed in the case of adverse events at the DealerClocks warehouse or at any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to snowstorms, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions or a meteorite falling out of the sky.
We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can. For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.
Failure to accept delivery
We will not be responsible in cases where there is a failed delivery due to recipient not being present. Most couriers will usually attempt a couple of deliveries and subsequently will also hold the package at a local facility for a limited time awaiting your pick up before returning it to sender. If a package remains unclaimed and is eventually returned back to us, we will only reship the package at your expense.
