The Dealer Clocks Order Process
1. Order processing
We will confirm availability for your order, and our team will test and check the products to ensure they are working well.
Once that is done, an email containing payment instructions and details will be sent to you, along with a photo of the product (if available).
On payment receipt, a confirmation will be sent and your order will be packed and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you so you will know where your package is.
Paypal / Credit Card Payment Guide
After receiving the 'Payment Request' sent to your email, click on the link within and you will be redirected to Paypal's page.
The payment request email will be sent from our Paypal account address and not our store email address.
If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on "Pay with a credit or debit card" or “Create an Account".Your page may not look identical to our example as it depends on country location, mobile or desktop browser, but you should have the similar options as depicted.
This is a secure page on Paypal's payment platform, your details and privacy are confidential.
Enter your credit card data.
Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.
You have option to save your payment info and create a PayPal account, if you wish,When you are done, click on "CONTINUE".
Complete your purchase by selecting the currency conversion option (if applicable).
You’ll receive a payment confirmation and receipt for your records.
And that's all!
Click “PAY NOW” and the payment will be processed.
